Y’all remember Brian from this post, right? Ok, he wasn’t really in there all that long. Just long enough to make a cameo. Well, I thought I should give him a little more camera time. As a 67 year old powerlifter, obviously vanity is his number one priority, and I didn’t want him getting upset with me for lack of recognition.

I really had a tough time trying to choose a title for this post. There were just so many to choose from: “Father Time”, “What’s Your Excuse?”, “This Guy is more of a Badass than You’ll Ever Be”, “He Probably Still Gets More Ass than You”, etc. etc.You get the point. But what it boils down to is what I actually did title it: “Are you ever too old?”

I hear that excuse all the time…….FROM 30’something YEAR OLDS!!

“Oh, I can’t play basketball cuz I’m getting too old.” “I can’t do heavy squats anymore cuz I’m too old.” “I’m not as strong as I used to be.” Blah blah blah blah blah blah.

What’s next? We’re gonna have a bunch of pansy-ass 32 year olds claiming, “Oh, I can’t get it up anymore cuz I’m too old.”

Well, that may be the case for some, but maybe if you’d get your ass to the gym and train you could raise your “T” levels a little bit and you wouldn’t have that problem. I mean, there’s no question that performance is degraded as you age, but in your 30’s?!?! C’moooooooon. Professional athletes play well into their 30’s. Powerlifters (I’ve heard) usually peak in their 30’s and 40’s (those that stick with it for that long). There is absolutely NO reason for you to be a couch ridden, excuse making, floppy penis walking around. Get off your ass and stop making excuses!!

Oh, and as for Brian, like I said, he’s 67 years old. He’s won the past 7 years in a row at Hudson and countless other times throughout his career. And, as far as I know, his wife isn’t complaining about “low ‘T’ levels”…..if you know what I mean.

The take away: Stop being a bitch. You can’t be a pussy your whole life.

Don’t Miss Your Chance

I was stuck in Corporate America for 9 years. I was miserable.

Then I took control.

You can too, and it starts right here.
